Who am I?
Hi, I’m Ilona Tykal, a certified lactation consultant, baby-led sleep consultant and babywearing consultant.
But above all, I’m a mother of three boys who taught me that no two children (or days) are ever the same.
When I became a mom, I quickly realized how much pressure parents face, from expectations, advice and comparison. I started looking for an approach that respects both the baby’s natural biology and the parent’s emotional well-being.
That journey led me to evidence-based education and a deep passion for helping families feel supported, seen and confident.

Breastfeeding can be both beautiful and challenging. Together, we’ll look beyond technique, to understand the baby’s reflexes, body psychological and emotional needs.

Baby Sleep Guidance
Forget rigid schedules or sleep training. My sleep support is based on biological sleep science, understanding your baby’s development, nervous system and attachment needs.
We’ll explore what’s realistic for your baby’s age, and how you can gently support better sleep for everyone in the family.
You’ll learn how to:

This is gentle, responsive sleep guidance and never sleep training.
Babywearing Consultations
Carrying your baby supports bonding, emotional regulation and practical comfort. I’ll help you find the right sling or carrier and teach you how to use it safely and ergonomically.

Duration: around 60 minutes, depending on your needs.
